Shipping Methods
Free Shipping
Free shipping and delivery for orders within Attica. For the rest of the prefectures, for the
moment, only the possibility of collection from a store is provided.
Pick up from the store
Collections are made after relevant information about the availability of the products, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 21:00. Payments in the store is made by cash or by credit-debit card.
Returns – Cancellations
Terms of Returns
You have the possibility to withdraw without reason from the distance sale exclusively within a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, by returning the product in question to its original condition.

We do not accept item returns without prior notification.
Upon return, the product must be in perfect condition. Defective items are excluded. The products are sent packaged in such a condition that they do not suffer damage.
Our company bears no responsibility for damage to the package or contents after receiving the package.
* You must ensure that the returned item reaches us intact. It is your responsibility to pack it securely to prevent damage during transit.
* Right of withdrawal: The money to be refunded includes the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.
* If you use career of your own choice, the cost is borne by you.
* Every return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase – especially if a Sales
Invoice has been issued, the original proof must be returned to us.
* Items on sale can only be exchanged for items of the corresponding category (on sale)
* Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products but cannot be redeemed for cash.
* Returned items are sent to the address Tsakalof 25, Kolonaki, 10673, Athens, Attica.
Order Cancellation
If you wish, you can cancel your order, free of charge. To cancel your order, you should contact us by e-mail at info@athlesisplus.gr) from the same address where the order was placed and where the name and order code will be written and the buyer’s intention to cancel the order will be indicated.
In the event of that order has left the store, you will be charged for shipping. If the amount has already been deposited either to a bank account via credit card, we will refund you the amount less any bank charges within a reasonable time, without fault or undue delay.
Force Majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can tell us if you wish under these conditions, the completion of your order.
However, in the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered and athlesisplus.gr is responsible, e.g. bad packaging, damage during transport, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping costs or refunding your money.

All payments made using a card bare processed through the electronic platform payments “Alpha e Commerce” by Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer- SSL).
Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its certain recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
